In business since 2004, The Herman Group encompasses many aspects of the real estate industry including residential and commercial real estate, mortgage, title, relocation, short sales and REO properties.

The Herman Group began in Colorado and Wyoming under the franchise of Prudential Colorado Real Estate, Prudential Professionals, and Prudential Cheyenne. In 2009, THG outgrew the Prudential franchise and formed an additional office in Florida under the Herman Group Real Estate Brand. Plans are underway to expand throughout Colorado into multiple markets outside Denver and Colorado Springs.
